Your tasks:

• Build and refine our core technologies
• Participate in continuous R&D work for our search/crawling/content-extraction/ analysis and large-scale database technologies
• Constantly work on diverse and challenging new functionalities (language dependent search, statistics, ranking, categorization, metadata generation, faceted search, tag extraction, content extraction…)
• Work in our multi-disciplinary international engineering team from diverse backgrounds
• Be able to influence business and product development in a flexible company structure.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of code and make things happen
• Create stable, reliable and maintainable code primarily in JAVA
• Write, test and deploy production-ready code quickly and efficiently
• Work closely with the team to design, implement and iterate features quickly​

“You will take charge of our communication strategy and actions (mainly Online & Social Media)“

Your tasks:

• Create and coordinate communication actions throughout several media, with a strong focus on online and social media
• Manage and optimize our website presence in terms of search engine visibility (SEO) and prospect conversion
• Monitor and expand our social network presence on different channels like Twitter, Facebook and Youtube
• Create and implement effective online and viral social campaigns
• Write interesting and engaging content that is relevant and valuable to our online community of followers
• Write and coordinate any literature and brochures production
• Organize our presence on fairs, conferences and seminars
• Be responsible for overall planning, execution and budgeting

Requirements:

• Must have a proven experience of at least 1-2 years in organizing online and social media communication and communities
• Must be a seasoned blog writer, being able to select and draft engaging content that is highly interesting and valuable for the target
• Must be knowledgeable and experienced in SEO, Google analytics and SEM.
• Fully proficient written and oral skills in German, English. French and/or Dutch is a distinct and key advantage.
• Highly disciplined, organized and rigorous
